
Nordic Sales & Network Coordinator
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Nordic Sales & Network Coordinator will play a pivotal role between the Nordic importers (Hedin Group) and IVECO Benelux to achieve the ambitious development goals for the Nordic Region, in line with the overall IVECO Brand strategy, with regards to growth, management and quality.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Network Development: primary point of contact with the 4 local importers to ensure the planning and execution of the mid- and long term national network development strategy, policies and procedures in the market(s), according to the European Network strategy guidelines. This position is to ensure strategic dealer network representation market-wide, assuring retail excellence and dealer satisfaction across the whole network.
Retail Sales Development: drive national sales in close cooperation with the local importers, formulating sales strategy & actions, developing sales budget and forecast with the Benelux finance team.
Direct Sales coordination: ensure smooth communication between the central IVECO International Key Account team and the local importer teams to enable local execution of the centrally agreed target orders, commercial margins and service level agreements. Co-ordinate the activities of all functions, including external bodybuilders, with whom the customer has direct contact in order to provide a consistent and cohesive service, from order to end-of-life of the concerned vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Master degree in Economics, Marketing or Law, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of the truck industry, machinery sector, commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
- Experience in Sales, Channel Management and Network Development with proven ability to increase dealer performance, preferably in automotive sector
- Proven skills to analyse and assess sales channels in the marketplace, including all dealer operations / profit centers
- Fluent in English, Dutch is certainly a plus, French and Swedish would be an added value
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:
- Strong leadership and communications skills (written and verbal); ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Ability and discipline to work independently, as well as in a team
- Bring creative ideas, solutions and translate them into actions
- Strong organization and problem solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities and workflow
